Diluting Thieves Dish Soap

Did you know that Young Living is SO much more than oils? Even though I started Young Living for sleep support through oils, I continue to use it for so many other things in our daily lives. One of those that I just recently started is dish soap. If you think about it, you rinse all of the dishes that you eat off of with dish soap.

First, we use Thieves Dish Soap because of all these good reasons --

  • Plant based

  • Enhanced with Jade Lemon & Bergamot

  • Fresh citrus scent

  • No sulfates, phosphates, dyes, or perfumes

  • Gentle on skin

  • Tough on grease & grime

Then we boost it with Thieves Household Cleaner --

  • Plant-based formula

  • No harsh chemical smell

  • Ultra-concentrated, versatile formula

  • Suited for virtually every surface in your home, including carpets, floors, counters, glass, walls, and more

  • Effective, deep clean without harsh chemicals

  • No harsh chemical smell

  • Rinses clean and leaves no residue

Just wanted to highlight each of these oils right quick so you can see why I choose them --

Purification: cleanse the air of impurities

Thieves: neutralizes and purifies the air from strong odors

* Purification is a blend of Citronella, Rosemary, Lemongrass, Tea Tree, & Myrtle

** Thieves is a blend of Clove, Lemon, Cinnamon, Rosemary & Eucalyptus Radiata

So here's how we make it --

1/3 bottle of Thieves dish soap

1-2 capfuls of THHC

1 tsp of baking soda (optional, but helps with bubbling)

8-10 drops of Purification & Thieves for that extra clean

Let us know what you currently use for dish soap & if you think you might want to switch. If you try this dilution, tag us on the gram! We love to connect with y'all!

xoxo,

Marc & Barb
