You can mix up the perfect combo for various circumstances & roll it right onto your skin as needed. You just need the oils that you'd like for the roller, a carrier oil (read more about these here), and a roller bottle. Today we are going to chat about our PMS roller blend. This always comes in handy during that time of the month.
This combo is our favorite of the PMS blends & both us and our hubs can vogue for the fact that it works! It is 10 drops of each of these 3 oils - Marjoram, Joy & Dragon Time.
Let's break down these oils really quick so you can see why they make the perfect PMS blend:
Marjoram: muscle soothing properties; assists in calming the nerves
Joy: brings joy to the heart, mind & soul
Dragon Time: relieves PMS symptoms & menstrual discomfort; helps alleviate mood swings
* Joy is a combination of bergamot, ylang ylang, geranium, lemon, tangerine, coriander, tangerine, jasmine, roman chamomile, rose & palmrosa
* Dragon Time is a combination of fennel, clary sage, marjoram, lavender, yarrow & jasmine
** Clary Sage is a great addition for calming & stress relieving and it helps with menstrual discomfort, we just haven't purchased this one yet!
