Aches Roller Bottle

Updated: May 19, 2020

This is part of the January series on roller bottles & essential oils. One of the best part of roller bottles is that they are a quick & easy way to access your essential oils on the go. You can mix up the perfect combo for various circumstances & roll it right onto your skin as needed. You just need the oils that you'd like for the roller, a carrier oil (read more about these here), and a roller bottle. You can order ones (like these) on Amazon or we sell some gorgeous ones with vinyl labels in our Etsy shop.

Today we are going to chat about our ACHES roller blend. Let's be honest, teaching high schoolers can be a lot of work & there are often days when I jokingly tell them that they are giving me a headache. While I might be kidding, it doesn't mean that they don't come on at times. This blend is good for those aches in your head & also good for the other aches that just come with life & being you.

This combo is our favorite of the ACHES blends we have tried. It is 10 drops each of Peppermint, Panaway, & Lavender. We put them together in this 10 mL amber bottle & fill the rest with carrier oil (we used fractionated coconut oil for this one). Then we roll it on our temples & across our forehead (& sometimes down the back of our neck).

Let's break down these oils really quick so you can see why they make the perfect achey blend:

Peppermint: improves alertness, concentration & memory; pain relieving

Lavender: helps with nervous tension

Panaway: reduces pain in muscles

* Panaway is a blend of wintergreen, helichrysum, clove & peppermint

Let us know what is in your aches blend or if you try this, tag us on the gram! We love to connect with y'all!
