Cook time: 18-25 at 350 degrees in muffin/loaf pan
Ingredients:
2 medium super ripe bananas
1/3 cup honey
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/4 coconut oil melted
2 cups blanched almond flour
3 tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup Cocoa powder
1 cup choc chips (optional - use dairy free ones like enjoy life if you’re DF & you can top muffins/bread with more if you’d like)
1. Mash your banana first
2. Then add honey and vanilla
3. Add in eggs and oil combine well
4. In separate bowl mix dry ingredients, add to wet ingredients, then stir in chocolate chips
5. Spoon batter into desired pan
6. Let muffins/bread cool for 5 minutes then put on a wire rack
