My Morning Brew
Do you ever have extra coffee from your morning pot that you dump down the drain? I've got just the thing for you! I'm not a huge coffee drinker myself, but hubs sure is and I've been looking for a way to use that extra bit for quite some time. This healthy frappe inspired bevie is the perfect way to start the day OR you can use it as an afternoon pick-me-up to get you through that 3 o'clock slump. However you brew it, I think you're going to love it! Blend together... 1 Cup Ice 1/4 Cup Almond Milk 1 Cup (Cold) Coffee (Cold brew or refrigerated leftovers from your pot) 1 TBS Hemp Hearts 1 TBS Raw Pumpkin Seeds 1 Scoop Greens Powder (Amazing Grass original blend) OR 1 Cup baby spinach 1 TBS Raw Cacao Powder 1 Scoop (Vital Proteins) Collagen Peptides 1/4 TSP Cinnamon 1 Frozen Banana Pour it into a glass and ENJOY!!
